SERIES Enrollment (A Perpetual Lesson): Once the enrollment process is complete, IT IS YOUR SPOT EACH WEEK until we receive the 14-day withdrawal form as described in our policies below.
SESSION Enrollment (A Casual or single lesson): Once the enrollment process is complete, it is your spot unless you withdraw from that SESSION’s (Casual Lesson) roster.

ABSENCES: All absences are recorded on a per SESSION status for all enrollments. Each class session that you will miss, you will need to withdraw (formerly Mark Absent) from that day’s class roster.
Make-ups: You will receive a make-up credit when you withdraw from your session prior to 5 HOURS BEFORE your class time. This must be done through your students account profile. The make-up credits are valid up to 100 days from the date of the absence and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
If you contact us WITHIN your 5-hour withdrawal window or do not show up for your session, it is considered an unexcused absence. Unexcused absences do not receive makeup credits. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Monthly Payment: Your payment method of choice will be processed MONTHLY on the 1st, for that calculated monthly amount. The initial month payment will be prorated and collected at the time of booking.
Refunds: All refunds will be issued as family credit.
Returned checks: There is a $25 charge for all returned checks or Bank ACH decline.
Declined monthly installments: There will be a flat $5 fee for all declined monthly installments.
Series Withdrawals: A 14 day withdrawal form submission is required to permanently remove your child from their lesson series, unless transferring spots. In the case of a medical reason, a doctor’s note must be submitted for exception. If your account is not settled before your child’s last lesson, you will also incur a $25 cancellation fee per lesson spot.
Series Enrollment Changes: You may alter your lesson spot at any time. If we do not have an available spot, you will be placed on our waiting list. Waiting list requests are processed daily by date created.
Overdue accounts: It is your responsibility to keep your payment information accurate and up to date. If your account defaults past 30 days, your account will be assessed a $10 late fee and you may be removed from your scheduled spot.
Parental Supervision: A parent or guardian must remain onsite for the duration the student’s activity. If you need to exit the facility for any reason, you must check in with the Deck Staff member.
Substitutions: Please be aware that regularly scheduled instructors may be absent on occasion. We will make every effort to provide a replacement instructor and notify you in advance.
Free Swim: ONLY enrolled swimmers may ‘free swim’ for up to 15 minutes after their scheduled lesson time. ‘Free Swim’ must always be supervised by an adult.
